Shipping policy

ORDER LEADTIME: All arrangements are made to order and take 7-14 days from the purchase date to ship. We do our best to exceed our shipping estimates but please note that during busy holiday seasons we may need the full 14-day window to produce your order so please plan accordingly. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please reach out to hello@happyplnt.com for lead times and fees for rush orders.

STANDARD SHIPPING: Our standard shipping for all arrangements is USPS priority mail or 3-day express via other carriers. If you require faster shipping you are welcome to pay for the expedited options at checkout. Once your order had shipped you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you!

COLD WEATHER POLICY: Succulents do not like cold weather and need to be protected if your package will travel through areas with freezing temperatures. We highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order during exceptionally cold months. We are not responsible for plant damage due to cold weather if you do not include a heat pack in your order.

UNPACK ASAP: As a reminder, succulent arrangements must be unboxed as soon as they are delivered and placed in an area where they will get a good dose of sunlight for several hours a day. Succulents may begin to lose their color and etiolate after being in a box for 4-5 days which is why we ship all arrangements USPS priority mail or expedited shipping through various carriers. 

HOLIDAY LEAD TIMES:

To guarantee you receive your order by Halloween (October 31, 2021) place your order by October 17, 2021.

To guarantee you receive your order by Thanksgiving (November 25, 2021) place your order by November 11, 2021.

To guarantee you receive your order by Christmas (December 25, 2021) place your order by December 12, 2021.
