Because each item is handmade, we do not accept returns for refunds. If there are any issues with your order please email us at hello@happyplnt.com within 48 hours of receiving the package and let us know of the problem. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging in your email. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
