What shipping methods are availbale?
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail by default. Average time in transit is 1-3 days depending on your location. If you would like another method of shipping please let us know in the notes section of your order. An express shipping (1 day) option is available at checkout.
We now offer local delivery for most of San Diego county. Read more about it on this page.
Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time. We ship to all 50 states in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
How long will it take to get my package?
All orders are hand crafted and made to order. Production time varies depending on demand and product purchased but ranges from 1-3 business days. If you have a specific request, send us an email to hello@happyplnt.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We ship all arrangements USPS Priority mail by default which averages 1-3 days of transit time depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2024 Holiday cut-off times:
Halloween: Place order by October 25th, 8 pm PST
Thanksgiving: Place order by November 22nd, 8 pm PST
Christmas:Place order by December 20th, 8 pm PST
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay including Shop Pay Installments. When you choose Shop Pay at checkout, you can split your purchase into 4 equal, 0% interest installment payments - with no additional, hidden, or late fees.
What if I need to change my order?
In general we do not accept changes to orders but if you send us an email to hello@happyplnt.com within 24 hours of placing your order we will do our best to accommodate you if your order has not already shipped. Please include your order number and request in the email.
What is your refund and return policy?
Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns. If there is a problem with your order we will do our best to make it right. Send us an email to hello@happyplnt.com with 48 hours of package delivery to let us know of any issues. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and your request in the email. We may replace or refund your order after determining the best resolution.
